Gold Lake Point is a privately owned estate. The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth, comfortable and respectful experience for all guests.
Minimum Stay & Arrival Schedule
Gold Lake Point operates on a seven-night minimum stay, with Saturday check-in andSaturday check-out as the standard arrival schedule.
Alternative arrival or departure dates may be considered upon inquiry, subject to availability and season.
Check-In & Check-Out

● Check-out: 10:00 AM
Guests are welcomed in person upon arrival and provided with an orientation of the estate.
Occupancy
The estate accommodates a maximum of 14–20 guests, inclusive of all adults and children. All buildings on the property are included as part of one exclusive booking.
Overnight guests beyond the confirmed number are not permitted without prior approval.
Estate Use & Conduct
Gold Lake Point is intended for private stays, family gatherings, and quiet retreats.
Events, parties, or gatherings beyond the confirmed guest list must be approved in advance. Guests are expected to respect neighbouring properties, the natural environment, and the estate itself.

Children & Waterfront Safety
The estate is a waterfront property with docks, rocks, and natural terrain. Adult supervision is required for children at all times near the lake, docks, firepit, and outdoor areas.
All waterfront features, including the jumping rock, are used at guests’ own discretion.
Pets
Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved prior to arrival.
Boats & Watercraft
Guests may bring their own boat. Private docking is available on site, and a public boat launch is located approximately 0.3 km from the property.
Guests are responsible for operating all watercraft in accordance with local regulations.
Cleaning & Care
Professional cleaning is completed prior to arrival. Optional mid-stay cleaning may be requested for an additional fee.
Guests are expected to leave the estate in reasonable condition at the end of their stay.
Services & Experiences
Information on local services and experiences may be provided upon request. All services are arranged independently by guests.
Privacy
The estate is fully private. On-site visits during your stay will only occur if requested or required for support or maintenance.
