Gold Lake Point is located on Gold Lake in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario, set on a private point of land with approximately 1,200 feet of shoreline.
The Kawartha Lakes are known for their clear water, interconnected lake systems, and peaceful natural setting. The region offers a quieter alternative to busier cottage destinations while remaining easily accessible from major cities.
Gold Lake is part of an interconnected lake system that is not fully lock-connected, which naturally limits through-traffic and helps preserve a calm, uncrowded atmosphere. The lake is known for its clear, weed-free swimming and scenic surroundings.
LAKE & WATERFRONT
Because the lake system is interconnected but not fully lock-connected, boat traffic is naturally limited compared to larger, fully lock-connected lakes.
Yes. The estate offers excellent swimming conditions directly from the dock, including clear water and a dock ladder for easy access.
Yes. A public beach is located approximately 0.3 km from the property.
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat. The estate offers private docking, including a covered slip in the boathouse.
Yes. A public boat launch is located approximately 0.3 km from the property.
Yes. Several marinas are accessible within the connected lake system.
Boat and watercraft rentals are available in the surrounding area. Information on local providers can be provided upon request. Rentals are arranged independently by guests.
THE ESTATE & STAY
Gold Lake Point accommodates 14–20 guests across the main log cottage, garage apartment, and bunkie.
Yes. All buildings on the property are included as part of one exclusive booking.
Yes. The estate is well suited for families with children. As with any waterfront property, adult supervision is required around the lake, docks, and outdoor areas.
Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire directly for approval.
SERVICES & EXPERIENCES
Yes. Guests may arrange a private chef independently. Information on local chefs can be provided upon request.
We do not arrange bookings directly. Information on local services and experiences can be provided upon request, allowing guests to arrange services independently.
